Du inviteres hermed til den stiftende generalforsamling for vores kommende
andelsboligforening.
Dato: Tirsdag d. 2. juni kl. 18:00
Sted: Den Grønne Friskole, Strandlodsvej 38-40, 2300 København S
På mødet skal vi blandt andet vedtage foreningens vedtægter og træffe de
nødvendige beslutninger for at kunne stifte andelsboligforeningen, ligesom de næste
skridt i processen gennemgås.
Vi vil gerne opfordre alle beboere til at deltage – uanset hvor man er i processen.
Det gælder også, hvis den endelige finansiering endnu ikke er faldet på plads, eller
hvis man fortsat er i tvivl om, hvorvidt man ønsker at indtræde i foreningen.
Der vil blive præsenteret vigtig information, som er relevant for alle beboere, og der vil
være mulighed for at stille spørgsmål til de fagpersoner, som har været med til at
rådgive os gennem forløbet.
På aftenen deltager:
- Henrik Bræmer, advokat
- Christian Thomas Christiansen, byggeteknisk rådgiver
- En repræsentant fra Jyske Bank
Hvis du ikke har mulighed for selv at møde op, men gerne vil indtræde i foreningen, er
det vigtigt at udfylde en fuldmagt til en anden mødedeltager. Vi har printet en
fuldmagt, som du finder i din postkasse eller på sidste side i informationsmaterialet fra
Henrik Bræmer.
Det er desuden vigtigt, at vedkommende, der skriver under på at indtræde i
foreningen, er den person, som står på lejekontrakten. Hvis det ikke er muligt for
pågældende person at deltage i mødet, skal der ligeledes udfyldes en fuldmagt.

støder på hinanden i gården.

NOTICE OF THE CONSTITUENT GENERAL MEETING
Dear Resident,
You are hereby invited to attend the constituent general meeting for our future
housing cooperative.
Date: Tuesday, 2 June at 6:00 PM
Location: Den Grønne Friskole, Strandlodsvej 38-40, 2300 København S
At the meeting, we will adopt the association’s articles of association and make the
necessary decisions required to establish the housing cooperative. We will also review
the next steps in the process.
We encourage all residents to attend, regardless of where they are in the process.
This also applies if your final financing has not yet been secured, or if you are still
undecided about whether you wish to join the cooperative.
Important information relevant to all residents will be presented, and there will be an
opportunity to ask questions to the professionals who have advised us throughout the
process.
The following participants will attend the meeting:
- Henrik Bræmer, Attorney-at-Law
- Christian Thomas Christiansen, Building Technical Advisor
- A representative from Jyske Bank
If you are unable to attend in person but wish to join the cooperative, it is important
that you complete a proxy form authorising another attendee to represent you. We
have printed a proxy form, which you will find in your mailbox or on the final page of
the information material provided by Henrik Bræmer.
Please also note that the person signing the documents to join the cooperative
must be the person named on the tenancy agreement. If that person is unable to
attend the meeting, a proxy form must also be completed.
